Noah Moon is a Denver Colorado based ISSA certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who is passionate about helping people from all backgrounds achieve the lifelong results they want to see. He has led over 100+ clients to see consistent results towards their dream aesthetic and functional goals.
Noah believes in approaching fitness through enjoyment and sustainability, opposed to pure intensity and strict dieting. He will work with you, where you are, so that you can immediately enjoy the process to performing at your highest level.

"Is functional training good for weight loss?"
Yes, different types of functional fitness will affect weight loss differently. Muscle-building exercises will positively affect your body composition because more calories are burned at rest with a higher muscle mass.
"Can't I get the same results on my own?"
Free online workouts and diets have given hundreds of millions access to better options. Consistently doing the right ones can be very effective. But what worked for some is not best suited to work for others.
Working with a knowledgeable coach will ensure you direct your efforts towards achieving the results your truly want.
"What if I don't have a gym membership or home gym?"
That's not a problem! You will receive a custom program specifically suited to your current situation. It will incorporate exercises you prefer with the equipment you have access to. My goal is to create a convenient and realistic program that you can enjoy being consistent with.
"How will my coach help me with nutrition?"
I will ask by asking you to share up to 7 days of what you eat. With that information I'll provide feedback on tasty additions or substitutes that will help deliver exponential results (in a nutshell).
"Can I build muscle with functional training?"
Absolutely. Functional training is in fact one of the best ways to increase your muscle mass while also working on your joint mobility and functional strength.
